Cloudflare Integration: Seamlessly Connect for Automated Cache Purging

WP Compress now integrates with Cloudflare to provide automated cache purging and uninterrupted access, ensuring your website remains optimized and up to date without manual intervention. Follow the steps below to connect your Cloudflare account.

How to Connect WP Compress to Cloudflare

Step 1: Login to Cloudflare

Go to Cloudflare and log in to your account.

Step 2: Select the Site You Want to Connect

In your Cloudflare dashboard, navigate to the account and website you wish to integrate with WP Compress.

Step 3: Generate an API Token

In the dashboard, select “Get API Token”



Click “Create Token”




Click "Create Custom Token"

Step 4: Configure the API Token

Configure the token permissions using the following example settings:




Save your settings, it should look like this:



Copy your token and save it somewhere safe, you will not see it again!

Step 5: Enter the API Token in WP Compress

Navigate to WP Compress settings.
Locate the Cloudflare Integration section.
Paste the API token and click Connect.
Select the Zone you'd like to link (the website you're linking)
Hit "Connect" and the page will update when you're all set!

Once connected, WP Compress will automatically purge the cache when optimizations are applied, ensuring visitors always see the latest version of your site without delays.
