Whitelisting User Agent and IPs for Uninterrupted Service

Encountering issues like "Invalid Access Key," "Cannot Communicate Error" in your portal, or "Unable to Optimize Images," and "Critical CSS blocked from running" could be due to our servers being blocked from communicating with your website. This could be a result of certain security restrictions. You can resolve this by whitelisting our user agent and the IP addresses we use.

Steps to Whitelist User Agent and IP Addresses

1. Whitelist the User Agent

The first step is to whitelist our User Agents. The User Agents are:

2. Whitelist rDNS
IP addresses used by wpcompress.com resolve to rDNS names in the format api.wpcompress.com. To simplify firewall configurations and ensure you're whitelisting the correct IP addresses, you can whitelist IPs based on the domain *.wpcompress.com by resolving the rDNS of our IPs.

3. Whitelist IP Addresses

Next, whitelist the following IP addresses. These are the IP addresses that our servers use to communicate with your website:
