Whitelisting WP Compress for Uninterrupted Service

Whitelisting User Agent and IPs for Uninterrupted Service

Encountering issues like "Invalid Access Key," "Cannot Communicate Error" in your portal, or "Unable to Optimize Images," and "Critical CSS blocked from running" could be due to our servers being blocked from communicating with your website. This could be a result of certain security restrictions. You can resolve this by whitelisting our user agent and the IP addresses we use.

Steps to Whitelist User Agent and IP Addresses

1. Whitelist the User Agent

The first step is to whitelist our User Agent. The User Agent is:

Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Compress-API/2.0.0; +https://wpcompress.com)

2. Whitelist IP Addresses

Next, whitelist the following IP addresses. These are the IP addresses that our servers use to communicate with your website:

168.119.147.46
71.19.240.35
216.52.183.178
167.160.91.242
51.79.230.163
63.251.42.58
51.161.196.31
213.133.103.23
148.113.8.77
162.55.43.21

The method for adding the user agent and IP addresses to your whitelist may vary depending on your firewall, security plugin, or hosting provider's control panel. If you're unsure of how to do this, consider reaching out to your hosting provider or IT support team.

By whitelisting our User Agent and the above IP addresses, you should be able to resolve the issues and ensure smoother communication between your website and our servers. If you still encounter issues after performing these steps, feel free to contact our support team for further help.
